For parents with children in college, or nearing college age, this video from NBC's Today Show is worth watching. Investing in collegiate housing is not for everyone, but if the angle interests you, don't forget to purchase an accompanying personal liability insurance for injuries that may occur on-site. I had not seen this.  And I advise this regularly for students over at the University of Kansas.  Thanks.  I'm going to put it on my BBQCapital website.  

This is truly a GREAT IDEA!  If either of my boys go "away" for school we'll definitely be considering this!  I've got one who's 13 so I've got time...and my 7 year old will be home for a LONG TIME!!  This is a great post though!!  I rated you a 5!!
