Market Commmons A new Myrtle Beach

Urban themed developments are starting to pop up everywhere we look today, along with live work townhomes.  Here in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina we have a new twist on developement called Market Commons.  This is going to be very exciting for the city of Myrtle Beach as a new towne center is born.  This land used to be the former USAF Base and there are some other big exciting things to come surrounding the area.  I believe the market commons will be a Home Run, I have seen and lived at some similar properties around the country and this trend seems to be very strong with the residents.  We are getting some top notch rests, retail, and professional companies all locating here which will only be the beginning.  Who wouldn't want to be able to walk to your favorite place to eat/drink, watch a movie, shop, work, play, and did I mention go to the BEACH!  0 comments on ActiveRain...
