ANY IDEAS AS TO HOW TO SELL PROPERTIES IN A DEPRESSED MARKET??

the market herei n utah has pretty much gone away.

we are having only a fraction of the number of showings to which we are accustomed and very few offers - not even low-ball offers!

i understand supply and demand, i understand negative buyer sentiment, i undertand difficulty in getting finance, i understand waiting for a better deal - but people are still supposed to be buying real estate aren't they?

so you brilliant realtors out there - please help this poor 5 year rookie - give me some ideas that i can really use to find buyers - we have tried everything we can think of - but very little, or no response has been forthcoming

incidentally, i am still looking for some additional feedback on twin falls in idaho - a client of mine is thinking of relocating there and will be looking for a realtor and a property
