Well, this week more Lofts at 106 spewed forth onto the MLS.  You'll recall this is the building at 106 North High Street with the parking garage and the ingenious light well. 

You can get yours, ready for immediate occupancy, for as little as $179,900 for 852 square feet on the 3^rd floor. 

They come standard with lots of nice amenities so let me know if you want to check them out.  You should see the views from some of these units, pretty nice if you like that ‘living in the city' feel.  And let's face it, you do because you're here reading about it.

Also, you know how I always complain about there not being any 3 bedroom condos in downtown Columbus to help accommodate families or at least empty nesters who want a dedicated office and a dedicated guest room? 

Well, for $649,900 you can get a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with 2,542 square feet of living space on the 8^th floor. I guess that'd be the penthouse if you will.
