Mary thank you for the information. I know Lennar is dropping prices everywhere...I live in a Lennar home that we just purchased last year. The same home is now being sold by Lennar for about $100,000 cheaper than what we paid a year ago! They're killing us...LOL! Oh well, good thing we don't plan on moving anytime soon. By the way...love your signature...how did you get that?
Mary, I was also wondering what they are doing to re-sale. It looks like a good deal for someone buying new though.
Mary - Sounds like they are a deal right now, people will be taking advantage of that, I would think.
WOW! That is a price reduction. Sounds like someone is in trouble and needs some quick cash or their construction loan is about to come due.
This is kind of concerning. I don't believe I have seen such a drastic price cut in the higher end homes.
