We are just coming off a very busy season. Effort is rewarded with a full schedule of incoming renters. Our family has two rental properties which have been full since April, and one is full as we speak. These are homes that rent in the 4000-5000-per week in peak season, right now are in the 2000 range--we are in a shoulder season.
