The apartments have been completely renovated with new doors, cabinetry, vanities, sinks, faucets, carpet, vinyl, appliances, and paint.
The apartments are one bedroom apartments with no stairs. They are also having a Fall Move In Incentive.
Water, trash and outdoor lighting are paid. You will have to pay electricity and your own window air conditioner if desired. No smoking is allowed in the apartments. Rent is $425 per month with deposit at move in.
