Camarillo Real Estate Market Activity For Condominiums and Townhouses/September 2007

This year, 2007, Camarillo has seen a significant slow down in the sale of high end condominiums and townhouses.  In a city where homebuyers can afford to buy a larger home for the same price as a condo and avoid the HOAs, high end condos seem to be staying on the market much longer.

However, that is not true for all attached homes in Camarillo. The Senior Community, Leisure Village, has been enjoying a high number of sales despite the slow Real Estate Market.

Below I have put together a table that points out the number of condo/townhouses currently in the market for sale, pending, and sold in different price ranges.

 As of first week of October the lowest priced condominium in Camarillo is located in Leisure Village, where as the highest priced condominium is located in Laurelwood Community.

Mana, what a fantastic post for Camarillo residents.  You have really worked hard to compile a great post of condo and townhouse information.  This is good information for a potential buyer that may be considering the purchase of a condo or townhouse.

Mana,  I still can't get over how your Camarillo Reports look so awesome!!  Informational and pleasant to look at.  Your area residents are so lucky to have you prividing this.
