Hey Chris!
It has been some time since we had a dialogue going on about investors in KC. From what I remember, you work with out of town real estate investors who are looking to purchase property in our market. Other than that, you also pool private funds in to liquid investment accounts to help purchase properties quickly. Do you have a source or two that brings you properties prior to them going on the public market?
Thanks,
It looks like Johnson County is a solid place for real estate investments
On occasion I have "non-MLS" properties come my way. I know of a couple now, though not package deals. Always feel free to drop me an email and let me know what you are looking for and I'll see if I can help.
