One of the biggest car dealerships to locate on Hwy 9....

Completion of the biggest car dealership on the east coast nears completion.  The showroom is just around 40,000 square feet.  Folks thats just under an acre of air conditioned car lot..... This has caused a spurt in commercial growth in the Hwy 9 corridor between Loris and Longs.  McDonald's has rumored to have bought property and other major commercial chains looking for locations.  At last report there were 17 approved sub-divisions of a hundred lots or more started or gearing up in the spring of this year.  Hwy 9 seems to be the new 501 of Horry County.
