An important request is being made to the community at large. A dedicated member of our fire company and his family have lost all of their belongings in a devestating house fire last night here in town - fortunately, his wife and three children were able to escape unharmed from the blaze, however they were unable to save the house and his families belongings from this fast moving fire. The Red Cross is providing the family temporary shelter, however this will be available to them for a limited time only.

In response to this tradgedy, Harmony Fire Company will be donating all proceeds from the previously scheduled Comedy Night fundraising event this Saturday night (October 20th) towards helping his family with this loss. (COMEDY NIGHT DETAILS BELOW) I implore all of you to please attend this fundraiser, which has taken on a higher level of importance in light of these events, or making a donation to help a member of our organization who has helped so many people in our community through his volunteer efforts.

Harmony Fire Company has set up a back account in their name with Commerce Bank - every Commerce Bank location will be able to accept donations on their behalf - Harmony has dontated $1000 to start this account. Additionally, they will be accepting donations of clothing and home items on the families behalf at the Harmony Fire Station.
