Is it time to buy a home?

I am asked this question almost every day. As well as, "How is the Real Estate market REALLY???" I am finding that it is so much stronger and better for everyone then I have experienced for a very long time. I am getting offers on listings that are pretty good, and buyers are signing agreements with much more confidence then I have seen in a long while.

If we can only convince the news to report the positive aspects of this improving market, I think we can put this all behind us!

So EVERYONE.... let's make a conscious effort to post blogs about the positive experiences that we are having instead of spreading negativity! Let's try and focus on all the great things that are happening in this market instead of how it's not the same as it was 2 or 3 years ago!

Buyer's confidence levels are up and prices are still far, far better for these Seller's then they were 4 or 5 years ago. If you look at Real Estate as a long term investment, it's easy to see that it is still producing a great return on your investment.
