I just bought a Toshiba Notebook and love it!  I also got the Dashboard software so I can send and receive faxes.  I can have my clients sign listing and purchase contracts right on the screen.  I take this everywhere I go.  I also have a Sprint Treo Palm that downloads all my emails.  I can answer anyone immediateluy.  What I am lacking is a Mastermind group.  I do have a group of Brokers that meets maybe 1 time every two months to talk about things but I wouldn't consider this a Mastermind group.  Where do I start looking for or creating this group?

Another thing that would probably come in Number 11 would be a good 4-door car, or SUV.  I'm not endorsing driving clients around, but it happens and a good vehicle will come in handy.

Sharon - Congratulations on the Tablet! Don't you just love it? Going paperless is sweet...

Daniel - Good point - of course, driving a 2 door sports car keeps those pesky kids from coming along on the home search!

In agreement with a laser printer.  All presentations look much more professional.  Good post.
