Looking for a great place to eat in Naples Florida... look no further than a breakfast eatery started by a mother and daughter transplanted to Southwest Florida all the way from Chicago, home of some amazing breakfast spots.

When my wife first got pregnant in April 2005, we endured a long and complicated journey that most first time parents will surely understand… running all around Boca Raton Florida and even Coral Springs, Boynton Beach and other cities in South Florida to get this or that test run.
One of the scarier tests we had to think about was called the Ashkenazi Panel. It is a test for Jewish people of Ashkenazi descent - generically those that come from the Eastern part of Europe. The other tough part of this test is that it was one of the more expensive items of the pregnancy - we had insurance but it did not cover maternity like so many in South Florida who aren’t on group plans.

This is a little departure from my normal posts that are mainly informational - call it an Opinion Piece.
Right now, the entire Real Estate Industry in Florida is hurting as evidenced in all the bad news being reported. It isn’t all bad, though. Houses are selling because there are people that need to buy and there are those that are finding bargains already.
Builders are sitting in a precarious position, though. As prices were rising so rapidly in South Florida and Florida as a whole, Builders got greedy and kept up with the curve rather than controlling pricing.

For a homebuyer, there are a lot of enticements that can be broadcast to help them purchase their first or next home with very little or no money out of pocket. One of the best ways this is accomplished is via Seller Concessions.
With as much as 6% of the purchase price “given” by the seller, the buyer can effectively avoid certain costs that could creep up that they would normally have to pay themselves.

No… I am not one of those scumbags trying to lure you into a dangerous loan! If you’ve read my posts at all, you know I’m definitely not about bad loans for good people.
Here’s what I am about… helping people buy the home they want and need… and refinance the loan that is about to start hurting them financially…
So here’s how these work…

So you’re finally purchasing that new home since the price is down or your ARM Loan’s Adjustable Rate is about to jump so you’re going to finally get a new mortgage. Well, you are in luck if you are going to start your transaction right now!
Why? This is the ideal time of year to start the process of a Mortgage.
