I recently came across a feature on azcentral.com, it gives you the median home value for the valley. You can get specific and choose an area like the northwest valley or east valley. I think as things go, this a great tool for home sellers and buyers. You can do a little more research on your own before your buy or sell. How reliable and accurate this information is unknown to me. Also I do not know how often it is updated. Regardless it is still a great tool to use.
