One "hit" track has made the circuit on the video channels, but the entire album is online for your auditory pleasure... And pleasure it is - this one runs 20 tracks, and there are only a few throw-ins. The "feel" of the album reminds me of Hotel California - odd to write these words as California is burning - with a dose of Motown (Glenn Frey being from Detroit), and a little bit of Steely Dan. This one is sure to be a finalist for album of the year, as was Hotel California in 1978. For all that is not quite right with the world this fall, here is an album that will move the balance towards the positive...

I was fortunate to see the Eagles a few years ago in Moline, Ill. One of the best sounding shows ever. Walsh was awesome as I sat in the 10th row! At first when I saw your headline I thought the Eagles suck this year. My mind was on the NFL! LOL
Nope - this is the real Eagles... not those pretenders from Philly...
