Hawaii Mortgage Interest Rates 10/25

Aloha Everyone,

Despite the FEDs not meeting for another week, mortgage interest rates fell sharply this week!  This is the third decline in four weeks.

808 Home Mortgage, Inc. can offer wholesale rates from different lenders/banks.  Today for a 30 yr fixed mortgage I can get your clients 5.75% with 1.25 point, 5.875% with .875 points, 5.95% with .375 points, or 6.125 with 0 points, lower than the average rates below.

Below are the average rates according to a survey of large lenders with an average of .34 points.  Lower rates available by paying more points up front.

The average 30-year fixed dropped to 6.31%.

The average 15-year fixed dropped to 6%.

The average jumbo 30-year fixed fell to 7.04%.

5/1 ARM fell to 6.12%.

Home Equity Loans Rates mixed:

The average HELOC dipped to 7.79%.

The average fixed-rate home equity loan fell to 8.04%.
