Rio Rancho Update.

It has been a beautiful Fall in the High Desert of New Mexico. Here is some news and events from Rio Rancho. It seems like we've been "off road" quite a bit these past weeks checking the signs on our listings, placing signs and checking out parcels for clients. Thank goodness for two well placed Starbucks in "The City of Vision" as it keeps us going.

In order to keep you up to date in what is going on in Rio Rancho the WelcomeHomeABQ.com team has been researching data and posting info to our blog site at: RioRanchoLand.Blogspot.com Feel free to click on this link to keep informed about Rio Rancho.

We have also built an interactive map showing where all of the Rio Rancho Units are and other points on interest using the Google Maps technology. You can click HERE to view the map.

Another great tool we have available is our Rio Rancho Land Search. It uses the MLS system to organize land by price. Makes it easy to find properties in your price range. See it HERE.

Many new and exciting things are going on in Rio Rancho and much of it is visible. The dirt has been moving for a while now at the new High School site, and we're expecting to see structures rising up soon. This is the Sue V. Cleveland High School which is in Unit 20 -just East of the new City Centre. Also in Unit 20, there's a new Elementary School being built on Lincoln Avenue just North of the Vista Entrada neighborhood. The Rec Center with swimming pool is scheduled to be built on the same street but at the intersection of Chayote and Lincoln so about a block or two away. Lots going on in Unit 20.

Right now there are over 5688 vacant land listings in the Albuquerque Metro area with over 3000 of those being in Rio Rancho. There is definitely no lack of inventory for vacant land at this time. There have only been 104 closings in the last 60 days for all of Rio Rancho land. See the link below. https://www.innovia.swmls.com/alb/maildoc/d004xE1958.html
