Dear Newest Client,

You are a pleasure to work with and I love your questions.  It has been an exciting wonderful journey with you and your sweetie; from the first time we searched together online and discussed wants and needs about your first home to the moment we found out the home you bid on was accepted and the process will be complete once we close on this exciting time.  It is my honor to work with you and don't think your questions were ever too many or not a good question. 

It is your home and your mortgage payment you have to live with for the next 30 years (not to scare you) but its true.  This market has allowed us to find a wonderful home for you at a great price with a bit of excitement thrown in to make it fun.

I just can't wait till the day we close and you celebrate your first holiday in your new home.  All my best wishes as these couple of weeks go by and we keep taking the baby steps along the way to the closing on your home.
