Broken Arrow, Oklahoma real estate market

You know we have been hearing for what seems like years, the media telling us the real estate market is coming crashing down. Yes, this is true for most real estate markets but it's not the case with the market here in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Like I mentioned before the CMA's or comparables I have run lately still are seeing an increase over values from six months ago. This is good for the Tulsa, Broken Arrow market. It seems that many investors and out of state buyers are driving our market. Can you imagine what your home in California or Florida if sold would buy you in Broken Arrow or Tulsa! You could buy a larger home and still have plenty left for a dozen new automobiles. 3 comments on ActiveRain...
