Boyce Thompson Arboretum - Gold Canyon Arizona Area Music Festival

If you are in the area of Gold Canyon Arizona and haven't been outside to enjoy this glorious Autumn weather, Boyce Thompson Arboretum has a perfect excuse on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2007. This is the date this year for their annual live music festival. Plan to arrive between 8-10 AM when you can buy a pancake breakfast for $7.50 from Superior's local Rotary Club in the picnic area. After that plan to stay all day to enjoy the live music. Daily admission ($7.50 for adults, $3 for kids age 5-12) includes the music. Read more on Boyce Thompson Arboretum's website.

If you are thinking of relocating to Arizona you may want to look at the Gold Canyon Arizona area. The Superstition Mountains are gorgeous and there is desert wildlife in the area. This looks like a great event.  I went to school in Tucson and miss the Arizona beauty -- I may just have to visit before it gets too cold here in New Hampshire.

My Brotherinlaw and Sisterinlaw live very near the Gold Canyon area. Such growth there over the past five years or so. I drove that area for years when there were no homes out there. It is a beautiful area.

Boyce Thompson Arboretum is gorgeous. Top it off with pancakes, not that is a good way to start the morning!  I remember going there growing up!
