Tracy - Very nice community.  What is the acreage of the lots? 

Lots are just under 0.25 Acre and cul-de-sac lots are just over 0.5 Acre.

Noticed the horses - are they permitted on acre lots?

There aren't any acre lots here - these horses are friendly guys on the farm across the street!
