God all these guys ... get your heads out of the gutter .... I love the graphs very eye catching.
Sorry Randy. There are no nipples in Naples. It took 5 years of fighting before Hooters could open their doors here. :)
Desiree my friend. Great to see you! HUGS! :)
The places people WANT to be seem to be doing well even in a bad market. Great update. Sounds like the folks who invested in the regions you service made wise choices. More power to you!
Naples trulyis a beautiful area. Owned property off Bay Shore Drive for a few years myself. Unfortunately, the snowbird traffice drove me crazy. Definitely a good place to invest!
Keith: It sure brings on a whole new element to "location, location, location" Not just how pretty it is but the fact that the others in the same location don't "have to" sell through price reductions. Thanks for the comment! :)
Thanks for commenting Sue. Breaks my heart to hear you left but yes...sometimes those snowbirds can be a little hard to handle! :)
Shannon, I love the graph effects. It makes the blog jump out. And Naples is truly HOT.
Thanks Danny. It's great to see you again! :)
