Trolley Square Mall Redevelopment

A $56 Million renovation and expansion to the historic Trolley Square in Downtown Salt Lake.  It will consist of a Whole Foods Store (53,000 Sq. Ft.) that will anchor the project.  Plans are in the works to tear out the existing parking structure and build a new one with up to 150 condominiums on top of it.
