Finally, some good news !!!

Century 21 Had a regional promotion whereby anyone stopping at any of our " OPEN HOUSES " over the weekend could register to win free gas for one year ! Some of my visitors did not seem too excited about the offer, most did. Our agents had quite a few of our listinjgs open on either Saturday or Sunday. Most reported better turnout than in recent weeks. Of those attending my opens I really felt the quality was much improved ! Hope all of you are seeing improvements in your markets !!! Good selling to you.

Things are pretty good here, but the media is scrarying everyone.  Even though its not happening as bad here.

any sales?

Jeff:   Good thing the savvy buyers don't pay much attention to the media.  Thanks for stopping by.

Scott:  Hope this is the first tiny signal that things are turning around.   Good selling to you.

SWREIA:   I just made the contacts Sat and today.  Just felt there was a level of interest I hadn't seen before.

i use deeds from public records not the MLS to judge sales numbers

thigs are not as bad as they seem

Wow for free gas for a year, I would drive to Fort Meyers Beach myself!  Are Realtors eligible to win? lol

Erin:   Not sure of how they determine the dollar amount.  I suppose they have a national average or something.  Anyway, not a bad deal and most people thought it was pretty good.  I also had my sellers fill out the card !  My bad !  Thanks for stopping by.

Hi Bill, having your sellers fill out a card?  Sounds like good PR to me.  Traffic is down for the most part but the ones that are coming are real buyers so that is encouraging.  Nice post Bill.

Gary: And just how do you live with yourself letting Ohio State manhandle the U of M !   Next you will be telling me that Lloyd is stepping down !  I miss the seasons in Michigan and have many fond memories of the Muskegon area.
