October 2007 MLS Stats for Topeka Kansas Real Estate and Surrounding Area - Homes that SOLD Topeka Kansas area

Topeka Kansas Real Estate and surrounding area SOLD's showed 245 homes for the month of October 2007.  That is (incredibly) up from September's 243.  It looks like in the Topeka area we could have 2007 pass the number of SOLD homes in all three of the previous three years.  Read on...

2788 was the total for 2004.  2852 was the total for 2005.  2894 was for 2006.  We have 2776 already for 2007 and we still have November and December figures to add in.
