Despite what the media says, there is some good news in today's market! 
In Stark County there has been 227 homes sold since November 1, 2007. There is also currently 321 sales pending in Stark County. Homes are selling!
The key to getting your home sold more quickly is to make sure the home is priced right. If you can, I would even recommend slightly underpricing your home. Underpricing a home will attract a larger pool of buyers. The more buyers who look at your home the more likely it will sell more quickly.
You may have heard the phrase "location, location, location", well I'd like to change that phrase to location, price, and condition. If you have a home that is priced right, in good condition, and in a good location the buyers should come.
