Chesterfield Township once again leads the way in home sales in Macomb County. During the month of November in 2007 there were 28 residential homes that sold and 10 condos that have found new owners.
It also appears that the average sales price is climbing back upwards in Chesterfield
Township which is great news for home sellers.

Morning Kris, it looks like your market is on the move in the right direction! This is great news for your sellers for sure.
Linda: This is awesome news for the market here. Especially during what people perceive is a "slow" time on the market.
Kris: EXCELLENT!!! Good to see that things are still moving along.
Prices are starting to creep upward...good. The days on the market seem high. Are they changing as well? Keep selling!
Kris--Looks like things are selling in Macomb County...Though Condos seem to be moving slower everywhere. Nice report!
Kris, How wonderful that your area is doing so well; I am sure you have contributed to that! And I'm sure it will continue.
Gary: The days on the market is a bit higher than it was last month (150) but I believe that is due to the fact that more foreclosures sold this month. They tend to linger a bit longer until the banks lower their prices to a realistic level. Thanks for the encouraging comment.
Elizabeth: Thank you! I think so also!
Teri: Are you seeing the slower condo sales in your market also?
Carole: I hope to contribute more to it in December! Thanks for the nice comment.
