Ah that new home smell!

I just returned from buying a new car for my wife and all I can think about is the new car smell. That smell is so unforgetable that they even sell air fresheners with new car scent. That got me to thinking about the scent of a new home.

With over 4,000 new home available on the market in Kansas City, ask yourself is a new home in my future? So what is so beautiful about a new home? Is is the fact that nobody has ever slept in your new home or that you will be the first person to ever cook on that stove or use that bathtub or would it be that you never have to guess if Fido wee weed on the rug that your child is crawling on.

Those things are nice to know and have peace of mind on but I think a new home is so special is because it is yours. Yours and yours alone, it has never been someone elses. It becomes a place where your memories were created and no other's. A new home is a special place.
