No money down, is alive and well

Every time I pick up the paper or turn on the evening news there is a story about the Housing market or as the news likes to put it the troubled housing market. As a realtor I think the hardest part of my job right now is dispelling myths and rumors.

The mortgage crisis, the housing meltdown, who are you to believe? I want to give a boost of confidence to anyone who want's to buy a home but has been a little gun shy because of all of the media bashing lately.

Interest rates- Below 6% again, with rates at their historic lows again what are you waiting for.

Price-Prices have come down. Gone are the days of multiple offers on homes, you can now take your time find a great home and make a fair offer.

and finally No Money Down is still available, yes I will say it again No Money Down is available. Through a program coordinated by a non profit agency you can get approved for a FHA backed loan with NO MONEY DOWN!
