Rockwell Square is a condo/retail development in Draper, UT.  The development will consist of a variety of luxury condo units and retail space.  Each building will consist of a main floor with retail space and parking, and then 3 upper floors of condo's.  According to their website the condo's will be priced from $279,000 - $452,000.  They are large units ranging from 1,544 sq. ft. -  2,285 sq. ft.  The retail space is available for lease or purchase.  They have full floorplans on their website.

Update 2/15/08:

The February 7th issue of the Draper Journal, Emily Burton reported on the Rockwell square development.  According to the article this will be Draper's 1st mixed use development and will provide 50,000 sq. ft. of retail space and 170,000 sq. ft. of office.  Four floors of Luxury condo's will top the buildings.  The project will cost upwards of $95 million.  Click here to read the article.
