That looks like a very nice condo Ann. Exeter is another town in NH that I like very much. I love walking around the center of town and Jay and I have gone to the movie theater there. It's like taking a trip to the past..watching movies in that theater.

Hi Monika - Exeter is so quaint and charming! And this condo is just as cute as it can be, and all ready for new owners, too. I have tickets to that theater downtown that clients of mine gave me in a gift basket. I've heard that it's got an old-fashioned soda fountain in there. We'll have to check it out.

This one is a great listing - very nice condition and with some nice upgrades as well. This complex, Norrisbrook, is a very well-maintained complex, with a very high owner-occupancy ratio, which is huge when it comes to how a condo complex is maintained and run.
