Summit County Colorado Snow Report Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow

Summit County Colorado Snow report

If you live in a major resort area you always get excited for the first really big snow of the year. While many resorts around the country are still making snow to open runs, we here in Summit County Colorado got a big blast this last week.

With 2-3 feet of snow falling in the last week the resorts are starting to really open up. Below is the current resort information links.

Jason & Deanna, thanks for the post. Been awhile since I have been out to this beautiful area. I envy you views your enjoying.

Thanks for the comment Duane.

How is the market in Grand Rapids?

We get a few customers for that area every now and then.

Jason & Deanna, I've pretty much stepped out of the market (very slow and flat) and am concentrating on the Rate A Home business we developed. If I get any leads from our wish list for your area I will be sure to forward them to you.

Thanks Duane,

Our market is still good here but has slowed some. Good luck with your Rate A Home business looks very interesting. I would guess it would really help when there is a tom of properties on the market.

Jason & Deanna, Glad to hear property is still moving. I would have to guess that your entering your busier time with the ski season.

Thanks for looking over the program, it does help the buyer who is getting confused on what home or condo to purchase with so many to choose from in this buyers market.

Have fun skiing and don't break a leg!

Thanks Duane,

We will have fun that is! Our Busiest time is actually Spring / Summer. Rental income is to good here so allot of things do not go on the market or are taken off to rent out for the season.

Jason & Deanna, ahh didn't think about that but I can see why they would want to rent throughout the snow season.
