Pricing Projections

  • The Fractional Resort homes will be in two price ranges. Heritage $150K-$190K and the Legacy package from $330K-$350K. Prices increases will occur incrementally in response to the market.
  • Projected sell out for the entire property is 3- 5 years.

Property Owners Association

  • A schedule of members' annual dues is being estimated for the developer by Guest Services Inc.
  • An estimated operating and maintenance expense sheet are being evaluated for the developer by Guest Services Inc.

Shared Ownership Program

•· Shared ownership will be in 1/12th & 1/6th deeded interests.

Level #2 The Heritage Collection-This is next to the best ownership package. It is offered at 1/12th deeded interest. Starting at $150-170 for year round access.

Included services-Personal Linen Package, Maid service (mid-week clean only), E-Concierge, use of any home except the Legacy Collection, personal storage.

The Heritage home design is also a signature home design that will never be sold outside of Nature's Estates.
