I think this is a great tool for both developing and communicating your specifications and hope you do too. Have fun with it, let your imagination go, see where it takes you.
As a Realtor I can think of many uses for this software. Are you working with a buyer who cannot seem to see what you see in a home? With this software you can show them the home they said they wanted within the very home they cannot see it in.
Did you list a fixer-upper? Show the consumer what that home will look like once it is fixed up.
There is no end to the possibilities this software offers.

Laurie, I agree that is a great sales tool especially if you are working with a Buyer like me who only sees what is there and has a hard time imagining what it could look like. This also looks like something that would be fun just to play with and see what you can create.

Hey Jason, I use this tool to do some modeling of my to be built listings. It's cool and if you import a floor plan as a graphic into the program, you can trace the walls, windows, doors, appliances etc and voila. You've got your 3d model. Then you just drop some textures on it and you cam make wood floors, brick walls, tile, etc. Even give you models a nice paint job. It took me 4 hours to do my first one, but now that I know how to use it I can knock a small condo out in about an hour. Neat service to provide for my builder clients.

Wow that's pretty amazing, I saw something on the CNN site where an Autistic boy could listen to an entire song on the piano and then play it right after he heard it once. It's pretty amazing what the human brain is capable of. And to think we only use less like 10% of it our entire life!
