We will be giving a free homebuyers seminar on January 17, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.  The location will be 5960 Getwell Rd., Ste. 212-B, Southaven, MS 38672. 

We understand that making the decision to go from renting to owning a home can be quite overwhelming, especially with all that you're hearing in the media about today's housing market.  Actually, the timing couldn't be better for buyers in our market.  Interest rates are lower than they've been in years. 

We will take you through the process from beginning to end.  We will have someone from the mortgage industry, real estate, and a closing office to give you personal, professional service and answer any questions that you may have.  When the time id right for you to make the decision to buy, we hope our class will help you to be an educated buyer with more confidence.
