You are right...it helps save time when I send out my quarterly newsletters and market reports for this and other areas. You might as well be able to tell a person what the conditions are without saying to hold on while I log onto the MLS. That's the difference between us...we know the answers quicker.

Neal, I like the graph.  It is simple and easy to understand even for me :)

The grass in the picture is so perfect that it looks like it was painted on. 

Hi Neal!  I pull my stats each week for the neighborhoods, etc. but, I have to assemble them on a separate sheet as our MLS doesn't have the cool bar graph like yours.  OR, did you do that yourself and if so, can you teach me how?!  Great photo by-the-way!

I like using the graphs...it adds a little more to a market report instead of just the numbers and it is easy to read ...even for you:)

I compile the numbers from the MLS but I manually enter them...it is time consuming but I still do it because I use them for my marketing reports that are sent out in the regular mail. I use create a graph which is a simple program that children use so I think you should be able to figure it out.
