The Future's So Bright...I Gotta Wear Shades!

Well Maybe it's just the sunshine here in Naples, Florida but I can't help but be excited for 2008! Once again web statistics are showing record breaking numbers for the month of December especially the daily numbers after Christmas.

Folks from colder parts of the country like Illinois, Minnesota and Pennsylvania are calling and setting appointments to see some of the greatest locations in Naples, Florida including areas like Pelican Bay, Old Naples and Park Shore! Whoohoo!

I received a call today from a gentleman in Chicago who's looking at high rise condos in Pelican Bay, another email from a couple looking at homes close to the beach in Old Naples and just yesterday an inquiry about The Strand at Bay Colony.

Much like many of you, I'm ready to toast a big goodbye to 2007 and I look forward to what 2008 is going to bring!

If the cold weather is starting to get to you, give me a shout! It was 81 degrees here in beautiful Naples, Florida and the only thing hotter than our weather is our Naples, Florida real estate!

With respect for you in Florida (I'm a native) and you in Arizona, the bright future has nothing to do with your sunshine! It's a brisk 23 degrees in cloud-covered Chicago and, after a very successful 2007, I am anxiously awaiting a GREAT '08!

Shannon--With 9 inches of snow on the ground and more on the way, no wonder those in MN are looking to Florida as an escape! Funny thing is that MN buyers are looking in MN too...It is going to be a great 2008 up in the cold climates as well!

Sounds like your market is hotter than a pistol, Shannon! I'd wish you good luck in 2008 but that would be overkill. You do not need my luck. I'll ask instead that you just mention me in your acceptance speech when you set all the sales records for the coming year!
