Clearwater Beach Florida - It's hard to believe New Years is just days away. This is the time of year when we have lots of college football fans hit Clearwater Beach to kickoff the party leading to the big Outback Bowl on New Years Day held in the Raymond James Stadium.

As a Florida Gator I thought this picture was the perfect welcome for our Outback Bowl guests from the University of Tennessee and the University of Wisconsin. This time of year Clearwater Beach is hopping with college football fans psyched to enjoy our beautiful beaches and a great game of football - what a great way to bring in the new year!  

The Outback Bowl beach day will be tomorrow - Sunday December 30th and the day is full of fun things to do for everyone who comes.

Where:  Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort at 400 Mandalay Ave on Clearwater Beach located next to Pier 60 - home of the lightly sunset celebration.
