Frederick MD Real Estate Year End Report 2007As we come to the end of the year the Frederick Real Estate market looked like this in 2007. Currently there are still 1117 active residential listings and 105 under contract with a Frederick Maryland address. For all of 2007, 1608 homes sold, having an average sales price of $329,362 and average Days on the Market for the property of 113 days. The lowest sold property was for $115,000 and the highest at $1,642,500. The # of sold units is down considerably from the past few years.
Although the average sales price is only down just under $10K from 2006.
