I have been working on a Wordpress.com site to promote my work in Bradenton, Florida with short sales. In the first seven days I picked up two new listings. Please take a look at the site and offer any suggestions you might have.

Outstanding. You've been busy. Very well done. This should certainly bring traffic. Goodness knows, there is a ready market for these services in Florida and shouldn't be handled by the inexperienced agent.

I think your site looks great! If you need anyone to refer short sale clients to in Snohomish County, WA keep me in mind.

The only suggestion that I have is when I'm reading through the pages, instead of having to go back to click on the next one, maybe you could put a link to the following section on each page. (I hope that makes sense). So, if I'm on 1. What is a Short Sale, at the bottom of that page I'd like to be able to click straight through and keep reading to 2. Why would a lender accept a short sale instead of having to click back and remember where I was.

You've definately put some time into this and it shows. Great work, I might even refer clients to your site for information!

Dan-After you and I talked about doing this site for sellers, I put it on my list to do but then I got some new coaching clients and well, that is my passion so the site building which I also enjoy was put on the back burner.
