It's a New Year! Feel it! Love it! and Go for it!

Hey everyone it's 2008, what rhymes with that is that it is great....i.e., 2008 WILL BE GREAT!

I mean alot of our fellow agents have left the industry, gone "in-active", or just disappeared.

This is not always bad for those of us full-timers.

However, we have to keep the faith, keep positive, and help those people still in need...and they are out there.

Get out and talk to people, talk to friends who need to relocate, get referral fees, keep in touch with everyone.

Don't be afraid to talk about Real Estate!  I met someone at a Christmas party and they said that they were sorry that I SOLD REAL ESTATE!  I said, "DON'T BE, I'M DOING FINE!"  They were shocked. 

I love what I do, I have referrals and customers....are YOU PASSIONATE, DO YOU PROJECT A POSITIVE ATTITUDE, DO YOU GAIN THE CONFIDENCE OF NEW CUSTOMERS? i
