January 4,2008 Village at Market Street - DC Ranch, Scottsdale Arizona

I have held unit 162 open for 4 afternoons between December 27 and today.  Amazing to see so many people from Canada.  The exchange rate has really helped the Canadians to be in a buying mood as our real estate is very affordable now.

 As of today, the Village has 13 units For Sale and 7 units for lease. 3 units sold  between October 07 and January 1st. Sale prices ranged from 269 to 412.

Scottsdale housing prices have declined from a high in 2005 December to December 2007 by 20%. Buyer's market and a good time to sell and move up!

Interest rates are at a near 30 year low.  Vulture Capital is buying!
