Its 2008, what are you doing to make it a record year?

We are just 6 days into the New Year, I have just read the local "newspaper" telling me how bad the Arizona market is and that every body is being foreclosed on and the sky is falling...

just for the record, last year 50000 homes were sold in our mls, based on our median price of about $250,000 that is $12,500,000,000 in real estate was sold if my math is correct.

This is going to be My best year ever, my business plan is in place and beginning to roll, people are buying and people are selling, I listen to all that I hear and read but I have made the decision to focus on the positive and let go of the rest.
