What ever type of kids you may have? Like many areas of rural America, Southern Oregon offers beautiful home parcels surrounded by even more beautiful forest lands. It is an equestrian lover's paradise. The Ruch/Applegate area offers some gorgeous properties only 30 minutes from downtown Medford or Ashland. A Part Time Farm/Ranch Loan may bridge the gap between traditional financing of property with small acreage and large agricultural loans.
