Almost two years ago we moved our family from Los Osos, California to San Jose del Cabo Mexico. I like to say it was from one paradise to another.
Why? Well, we love to surf and we really like the warm water in Cabo.

OK, so the real estate business opportunity is even better! If you can beleive it!? Yes. Cabo real estate is solid.
It is true. As the real estate market in many areas has slowed down or some feel like it has come to a screeching halt. Things are moving quite nicely down here. High end homes, casitas and villas at El Dorado Golf & Beach Club are selling just as fast as ever.

Having the opportunity to view that picture in person would want to make me move. =). Congrats.
I've been to San Jose del Cabo! Still very much a Mexican village, not just a tourist trap. I remember mass was being said in a church with no walls in the middle of town and nuns were selling bread outside the church.
We got fantastic and reasonable food in more than one outdoor restaurant.
Wa love San Jose del Cabo. It is growing and developing, but it still has the feel of a nice Mexican village. There is now an "Art District" during most of the year they hold an Art Walk every Thursday night. Most Gallery's stay open very late, serve wine and snacks to those enjoying the walk and viewing the local paintins, sculpture, and other art peices.
Cabo San Lucas is much too touristy for us, but some people just love it. There are some very nice real estate developments that are worth looking into in San Lucas.
Oh, the surfing photo was of me on Dec 6th, 2007 at San Pedrito. San Pedrito is a very small town up on the Pacific Side. That day made living here just a little bit better.
