It is a good time to buy if you are ready for home ownership.

It is a good time to buy if you have been pre approved for a loan.

It is a good time to buy due to choices you have in housing availibility.

It is a good time to buy due to low interest rates.

It is a good time to buy due to Buyers negotiating leverage with Sellers today.

It is a good time to buy if you are looking at a long investment.

Think about it for a moment.... a few years back, multiple offers, higher prices, higher interest rates, fewer homes. No time to think about or take a 2nd look. Sellers would not negotiate on repairs.

Today, low interest rates, huge inventory, fallen prices. Time to go back and look at home, not once but several times. Sellers will negotiate on repairs and credit back and even pay down buyers interest rate.
