More on Cedar City

Well, the Christmas decorations and light are all down, but the views here are still nice.  We have had some snow, so the ski resort is happy, and so are the skiers.  It is kind of the inbetween time of year, the early excitement for the snow has dissapated, and spring is still a couple of months away, yet it is still beautiful.  We have around 300 days of sunshine each year, so even this time of year the sun is still out and beautiful, although the past couple of days, we have wondered if the sun is just a mirage, all view no heat!

Our inventory of homes is still good, in all ranges and sizes!  We have some great investment properties available.  Now is a great time to get out of the stock market and into the real estate market!  Keep that in mind as you sit down with your tax advisors.  There are a lot of write offs available to real estate that aren't available in other investment markets.  Just some thoughts as winter wears on.  Come up and see us, and please bring your coat!
