For post number 6 in my 2007 real estate year in review series for the Daytona Beach area, this post will cover Ponce Inlet. In east Volusia County, Ponce Inlet is the premier city and arguably the most desirable location. Even in the worst markets with the slowest sales, the values remain the highest in the area. To find out why, read Buying or Selling Ponce Inlet Real Estate?

For Ponce Inlet, as I did in my other posts in this series, I'm going to use an excerpt from my original post on Daytona Beach...
"experts in the industry believe that 2008 is the year that the correction period will be complete and real estate values in the Daytona Beach area will once again begin their climb. You have to remember...
It's important for you to read the remainder of the information found in the Daytona Beach real estate post to add to this information. For the Ponce Inlet information, view the chart below.

Hi Lisa,
You've done some great market reports. This should be helpful to comsumers in Ponce Inlet.
Hi Lisa: Ponce Inlet really looks like a great place to live. Just out of curiosity, what would be the price of the home featured in the picture above... with the boats docked at it ? Is that a residence, of perhaps the clubhouse/restaurant for a tennis club ? Take care... thanks for sharing.
Beautiful area..... How much cookie dough would one of the fab houses push you back?
This has been a great series of reports...very informative. I really like your layout and style. How did you do your graph? VERY NICE!!
Lynda- Thanks =)
Karen- The house in the photo is a residence and would probably cost $2-3 million.
Katrina- Since the prices have fallen in the last year, you can now get a small fixer-upper in the mid 200's to 300's. To get a nice home, you might find one in the mid to upper $300s but most of them start in the $400s.
Elizabeth- Thanks! They're very easily created in Microsoft Power Point. When you open a new file, there's a little picture of a graph on the tool bar. You click that and start filling in the blanks. Then double click the separate box and move it to the bottom, since the default position is on the right side.
