Julie, you did a wonderful job with this market report. This is great information for your consumers!

JULIE-  GREAT JOB, my friend! Now...I need to ask your advice! I LOVE your layout and presentation. I hope you are having a beautiful Sunday. Te amo!

Julie, I have to say I love the name of this lovely town, Bountiful!  It sounds like a wonderful location and very reasonably priced.

Juile - Excellent looking market report. The high end looks like it is pretty weak. Not too different from ourt market here is MASS.

Linda: Thank YOU kindly for you compliment.  That HTML does wonders for the creative juices, but takes a while to figure out.  I think I have one strand of hair left. :) Enjoy your Sunday my friend and many blessings!

Elizabeth: Thank YOU!  My chart didn't make it in here, but the next one you'll see it.  This was quite a challenge in itself, but so worth it to get our consumers well informed. Have a most beautiful day! Love ya!

Carole: Bountiful is a great name, I do agree with you.  I have lived here my entire life and have never been able to really move away.  Thank YOU for your wonderful comment and have a beautiful Sunday!

Bill: Yes, there were a lot of homes on the market for a lengthy time in the high end.  That's been the norm for the past year though.  Thank YOU for stopping by and enjoy this most beautiful day!

Julie--Nice job with the market report...Looks like the high end homes are sitting on the market all over the country. They are slow moving in MN too!

Julie- I love how you did that post. How did you do all that text? Still great prices in Utah! Katerina

Julie- you not only provided the statistical data, but combined it with the useful community links. this could make it so much easier for consumers to research Bountiful City.

Teri: Oh, Thank YOU so much!  Yes they are sitting on the market longer.  A lot of the builders have been offering many incentives to get the new builds sold as well.  Have a wonderful week!

Katerina: Thank YOU so much!  That's called major determination to figure out HTML, tables and graphs. I wanted to get these market reports out so badly. That's 2 down 7 more to go.  Once I get these down I figure it will be much easier from here.  The text is all HTML.  I will do a post on how I did this (in a couple of days).  Have a wonderful week!

Faina: Thank YOU my friend!  Yes, I wanted to make sure that for those who aren't familiar with the area and are considering relocating, that they can find it all in one spot.  For those who are familiar, it will make it that much easier to click without an extra search.  Have a fabulous week!

Julie - great job on the marketing reports. I have put this on my list for 2008 for my blog. I just haven't decided how exactly I am going to approach it, by zipcode or city or just county... so much work. Great job, I love looking at these reports~~ Looking good!

I love your summaries as they are short but full of great information.  I think mine tend to be too long.

Candace: Thank YOU for your feedback my friend. This was a lot of hard work, but fun as well.  Good luck on your reports, I'm sure you will have no problem at all getting those done with perfection.

Diane: Thank YOU for stopping by to comment. You are learning so much about Utah. I love it! You do a fabulous job on your blogs my friend.
